Reporting Non-Compliant businesses in the Township
- To report a non-compliant business, contact the non-emergency number for the Pennsylvania State Police. Please do not call 911 to file reports.
- Hempfield Township does not have the authority to enforce the closure of non-life-sustaining businesses, per Gov. Wolf’s order.
- Governor Tom Wolf ordered all non-life-sustaining businesses in Pennsylvania to close their physical locations as of 8 p.m. March 19, 2020 to slow the spread of COVID-19. Enforcement actions against businesses that do not close physical locations will begin Monday, March 23, at 8:00 AM.
