Summer Employment for College Students
The Hempfield Township Public Works Department currently has positions
available for summer employment as a laborer.
Eligible individuals must be full-time college students enrolled for the 2010
fall semester. Hourly rates are $9/hour and hours of work are from 6 a.m. to
2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with weekend work at the park required on a
rotating basis.
The positions terminate no later than September 1, 2010. Interested
individuals should complete a Township application available at the Municipal
Building, or by downloading the employment application on this page. Indicate
“Summer Employment” on the application. Apply no later than March
6th, 2010.
